Robert is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a full member of both the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi) and the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). He holds a Masters and a PhD in Cognitive Developmental Psychology from The University of Melbourne and has more than 25 years of professional experience.
Robert works with adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss and general life distress. He draws on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). His therapeutic style is collaborative, supportive and practical, aimed at helping clients build resilience, improve wellbeing and achieve meaningful change.
